FAQ's
Here are some questions I get asked!

Etiquette For All Classes

Please turn all phones to OFF or silent while in the yoga room and do not use them at all during class. I understand occasionally things come up with kids, jobs, etc. If you do need to use/check your phone, please leave class to do so and come back in when you're finished.

While it's not encouraged, it's okay to be late. I know life happens sometimes, I would rather have you come late than not at all. Come in, we'll make room for you :)

Prenatal Yoga

I am ___ weeks pregnant, am I too early/late to start classes? You are welcome to join prenatal yoga at any time during your pregnancy.

I have never done yoga before, is that okay? The class is open to all levels of practice (including complete beginners.)

I am due to give birth part way through the series, can I still sign up? Yes! Contact me before you register and I can prorate the cost of your classes up to your due date.

I gave birth early, can I be refunded for the classes I missed after my baby was born? Yes - Contact me and I will refund you for the classes missed after your birth.
Baby & Me Yoga

How old does my baby need to be to come to class? The minimum age for babies is attend is 6 weeks. There is no maximum age, however the class is for non crawling babies only.

What should I bring for my baby? Anything you need! Most mom's bring toys and something to sit/lay their baby on like a blanket or a bouncy chair.

Can I bring my toddler/older child too? No, this class is for non crawling babies only.

Can my male partner come to class with our baby? Baby & Me yoga class was created to support mothers during the postnatal period. For that reason, male partners are not able to attend this particular class.

My baby cries all the time! Can I still come? Of course! We've all been there, you and your baby are most welcome.


Vinyasa Yoga

I haven't been to yoga in a long time/ I am a total beginner. Can I come to this class? Absolutely! The Vinyasa classes are challenging, but they are all levels - just show up and do what you can and you'll start to improve!

I missed a class(es), can I make it/them up? Yes, you are more then welcome to come to any of the other Vinyasa classes to make them up in the current series. You can also make them up in the next series as long as you are registered in a class in the next one.

Can I register my child for a class? The classes are open to anyone 16 years and older.
