Registration for May/June Classes is Open!
I am very excited to share that I will soon be offering a series of in person hypnobirthing/birth preparation classes. These classes will include a short prenatal yoga practice, a different birth related discussion each class, an opportunity to connect connect with other expectant mothers and a relaxing hypnobirthing session.
Hypnobirthing combines breathing, visualization and relaxation techniques to help us release the fears, limiting beliefs and anxiety (both conscious and unconscious) that we may feel about birth. Practicing these techniques can greatly influence how we experience our birth by helping us feel more relaxed, confident and connected in the birthing process.
