*Please note time change of class to 5pm. No class Monday, February 19th. This class is open to all experiences of pregnancy. Prenatal yoga can be hugely beneficial in supporting our bodies, minds and emotions during pregnancy and birth. Benefits of prenatal yoga can include: - releasing tight areas common to pregnancy - strengthening and stabilizing - improved sleep - body awareness - easing anxiety - connecting to intuition - connecting to others who are pregnant and making friends Please bring a yoga mat, water, and any other yoga props (such as a block, bolster, strap, etc.) you may wish to use. If your due date falls before the end of the series, please contact me directly for prorated options. For payment - If you would prefer e-transfer, please transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of registering to secure your spot. For cash payments, please contact me directly after registering.
*Please note, I'm not able to refund for missed classes or transfer missed classes to a later date. For prenatal yoga participants, I realize due dates can be very unpredictable! If you give birth before the end of the series, please let me know and I will refund you for any classes missed after your birth.
