A new series for those who wanting to do a yoga class without their baby/toddler in tow. It will be a Vinyasa based class, although we will take things slightly slower with more options to help everyone either integrate back into their yoga practice or begin a yoga practice after baby. We will focus on the pelvic floor, core and other areas of the body that tend to be affected in our postpartum journeys. Every class will include both stretching and strengthening poses and will end with restorative yoga, which can be hugely beneficial in combatting the tired and wired feeling that can come with having babies and kids. This class could be for you if: - You are feel ready to leave your baby for a bit and come back to yoga, but don't feel quite ready to jump right back into a group class yet. - You want to come back to yoga but evening classes don't work for you at the moment. - You want to learn more about the postpartum pelvic floor and core and how it can benefit from your yoga practice. - You want to be in a yoga class that focus's on both strengthening and opening areas of your body that just don't feel the same after having a baby. - You may have come to the Baby and Me class and are ready for something more challenging. - You need a break! Once a week to focus and connect to yourself can be a game changer! - You are anywhere from 12+ weeks to approx. 3 years postpartum. This class is open to all levels of practice, including beginners. As always I will be giving lots of options to scale the poses up or down, depending on where you are at. All or something! This is a postpartum yoga class that I would have loved to attend, and I am very excited to offer it to those who are looking for something like this. *Please note, I'm not able to refund for missed classes or transfer missed classes to a later date. For prenatal yoga participants, I realize due dates can be very unpredictable! If you give birth before the end of the series, please let me know and I will refund you for any classes missed after your birth.
